Here are our Transform Quebec board members and our leadership team.

Marc Pilon
Marc Pilon worked as a graphic designer for six years in the sports and entertainment industries before being called to pastoral ministry. Marc and his wife Marie-Hélène founded the Axe21 church in Sherbrooke, helped plant the Axe21 church in Magog, and have helped plant several other churches across Quebec. They currently live in Sherbrooke with their three children, where they still serve within the Axe21 church. Marc is also the Director of Development for LeaderImpact in Quebec, and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Transform Quebec.
Domenic Mancuso
Montreal native, Domenic Mancuso is an entrepreneur and an investor. He founded the Petroleum Institute for Continuing Education, an oil and gas training company that was turned over to a multinational consulting firm in 2013. Domenic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Minor in Management from McGill University. He invests in technology startups. Domenic, his wife Annette and their two children currently live in Calgary.
Annie Carpentier
Annie began her career as an Account Director for GE Commercial Finance to retailers in the Toronto area. She worked for 22 years at a company specializing in mortgage insurance, where her last role as Vice President of Business Development led her to manage corporate partnerships with several financial institutions in Canada. Annie is now focusing on her philanthropic activities for the benefit of the community and the underprivileged. She is also actively involved in her local church with the music team.
Andrew Smits
Andrew Smits is the Director for Power to Change – Students. Together with his wife Loni, he was part of the team that initiated the organization’s work in Montreal in 2003. Today, Power to Change – Students works with over ten college and university campuses across the province. Power to Change focuses its efforts on two main axes: evangelism and training disciples. Andrew is responsible for keeping the entire team focused on the mission: to change the world by helping students discover Jesus.
Doan Hoa Do
Doan Hoa Do is a physician and cardiologist at the CHUS university hospital. As an associate professor, he was director of the cardiology teaching unit for students in the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Sherbrooke from 2008 to 2017. He received the institutional prize for quality teaching at Université de Sherbrooke in 2015. His concern for the well-being of his students earned him the César Galéano prize in 2016, when they recommended him on the quality of his teaching. In 2018, he received the certificate of merit from the Canadian Association for Medical Education. He is one of the ambassadors for the Je suis deuxième movement. He helped organize the Quebec editions of the Global Leadership Summit in 2017 and 2018. In collaboration with students of the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Sherbrooke, World Vision, Axe21 and Transform Quebec, he organized the 6K Run for Water in Sherbrooke in 2019.
